Hi there, I’m Shelby

Mother, Live Stream Producer, and Online Business Manager

Professional Bio:

Shelby started her career online as a virtual assistant when struggling to find work in a military town as a military spouse. What was supposed to be a temporary job quickly spiraled into a full blown career. With 2020 demanding more work be done virtually and a baby on the way, Shelby found working online behind the scenes of busy executives, CEO’s and content creators was the perfect fit.

For two years she managed a large corporation's scheduling. Playing a lot of calendar Tetris and sending a lot of “what’s your availability like” emails. She built out a tracker for 1 on 1 meetings and started to suggest changes for efficiency.

Meanwhile she was also working with an up and coming content creator and LinkedIn Learning instructor. With the new feature of LinkedIn live launching that year she helped build the podcast and live show, Coffee With Kim, from the ground up. Today the live show is still a weekly event and has increased follower engagement by 3x and gained 10,000+ followers for this creator on the platform.

She now focuses mostly on managing behind the scenes for content creators on LinkedIn and Youtube. Her areas of expertise include producing online events using Streamyard, planning content on Notion and building an audience and strategy for creators on LinkedIn and Youtube.

A peek into my soul:

I believe life’s too short to match your socks. Quarters are meant for gumball machine’s (not carwashes) and that every sunset should be watched. You can find me sipping coffee, swimming in rivers, and also (much more likely) trying to wrangle two kids while getting my work done.
